Our speciality is in fixing all the ugly on private investor’s real estate properties. If you’ve watched HGTV’s “Flip That House” (or any of the many other rehab shows) our work is similar. Except on an apartment building, it’s not 1 house with 10 windows…its 250 units with 957 windows! It’s a collection of small tasks, on a larger scale that all have to be done perfectly, which is where we shine.
Where others see PROBLEMS, I see OPPORTUNITIES. I spot problematic situations early…and I take action! I built a business that sells solutions to business owners, and specifically to real estate investors so they can add value to their investments. My years of experience have given me a unique perspective on how to take an old property and turn it into a valuable asset.
My construction company renovates run-down homes and older apartment complexes that investment owners want updated, fixed and beautified so these can be brought back to life and increase their value. We handle anything from potholes in the parking lot to ‘no hot water’ for 225 tenants. We do it all.
How did Kyle King become the King of his Field?
Kyle King is a third-generation entrepreneur who has dedicated his life to the world of construction. Kyle’s father, grandfather, and great-grandfather all ran their own businesses, so it was only natural that he would follow in their footsteps.
Kyle started his career in construction by working in and around single-family and multifamily homes. In 1992, Kyle was asked to help his brother sell baseball cards on a trip to California. This was Kyle’s first foray into the world of entrepreneurship, and he quickly realized that anything is possible with a little creative mindset. Kyle went on to travel the world selling cardboard cut-outs of sports heroes like Shaq, Gretzky and Jordan.
Kyle has learned many lessons as an entrepreneur, but the three most important lessons are: always protect the bottom-line, never pay retail, and always ask for what you want. These lessons have served Kyle well throughout his career and have helped him become the successful businessman he is today.
